I kinda don't get the proof.. Like just cuz it's confirmed he switched cars that doesn't mean that specific guy did it. I know he had the controller but that doesn't mean he used it .. right??

because the remote-control car was the one the stunt man was in, and the director unnecessarily had the controller in his pocket, that gives the appearance of causality. that appearance is all that is necessary for an arrest.

as to convicting him? shrug. that's what jury trials are for.

Oh that's nice to know! This show makes me forget people can still get arrested without like indisputable proof.. I'm glad the culprit didn't actually confess then, maybe he was even able to get out of it lol
